The revision allowed for <br />reduced hydrologic monitoring at the reclaimed mine site until the final year prior to bond release. <br />Technical Revision No. 70 is currently under review by the Division. The revision would change the <br />woody plant density standard for reclaimed areas. The revision was deemed complete on April 19, <br />2010. <br />Technical Revision No. 71 was approved by the Division on December 2, 2010, and included an <br />update to the adjudication file in the permit application package. <br />Technical Revision No. 72 was approved by the Division on October 7, 2010. The application <br />included new designs using turf reinforcement matting for the 006-NE2 post mining drainage <br />channel. <br />Technical Revision No. 73, currently under review by the Division, includes plans for remediation of <br />the Pond 016 Slide. The revision was deemed incomplete on August 13, 2010. Seneca Coal <br />Company submitted additional information on November 3, 2010, and the revision was deemed <br />complete on November 10, 2010. <br />Technical Revision No. 74 is currently under review by the revision. The revision included an update <br />to the reclamation schedule, and was deemed complete on November 19, 2010. <br />Minor Revisions <br />Minor Revision No. 61 was withdrawn by SCC on August 6, 2007 and resubmitted as a technical <br />revision (TR-68). <br />Minor Revision No. 62 was approved by the Division on December 19, 2006, and included an <br />updated CDPS discharge permit for insertion into the permit application package. <br />Minor Revision No. 63 was approved by the Division on August 2, 2007 and included plans for <br />remediation of the Shrub Plot Slide. <br />Minor Revision No. 64 was approved by the Division on August 6, 2008. The revision changed the <br />name and corporation type of the operator of the Seneca H-W Mine from Seneca Coal Company to <br />Seneca Coal Company, LLC. <br />Minor Revision No. 65 was withdrawn by SCC on August 6, 2007 and resubmitted as a technical <br />revision (TR-67). <br />Minor Revision No. 66 was approved by the Division on October 30, 2009. The revision reinserted <br />revegetation success standards narrative that had been inadvertently omitted and updated the <br />Seneca II-W Findings Document 6 C1982057 <br />Permit Renewal No. 5 December 9, 2010
