The proposed light use road not mentioned in the cover letter but <br />shown on Map 11 is depicted as an access road. Rule <br />2.05.3(3)(c)(vii) requires that access roads be designed by, and <br />certified following construction by a registered professional <br />engineer. Please clarify the classification of the proposed new road <br />based on the planned use as defined by Rule 1.04(111) and correct <br />and/or submit the required information. <br />NECC Response: Map 11 has been revised to properly identify the <br />road as a light use road. <br />DBMS Response: Response accepted. <br />5.
