The testing frequency <br />(approximately one test per 7,924 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing <br />frequency of one test per 20,000 cubic yards. The DCF CQA Atterberg limit met project <br />specifications, and the results are presented in Appendix H-1 and summarized in Table 11. <br />AMEC performed one CQA Atterberg limit of SDCF. The testing frequency (approximately <br />one test per 782 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one test <br />per 20,000 cubic yards. The SDCF Atterberg limit met project specifications, and the results <br />are presented in Appendix H-1 and summarized in Table 11 (included in DCF table). <br />AMEC performed one CQA Atterberg limit of CSB. There is no testing frequency for CSB. <br />The CQA Atterberg limit performed on CSB did meet project specifications. The CSB <br />Atterberg limit results are presented in Appendix H-1 and summarized in Table 12. <br />4.1.4 Proctor Compaction Tests <br />• AMEC performed standard Proctor compaction tests of SSF in order to compare in-place <br />densities and moisture contents with laboratory derived values of maximum dry density and <br />optimum moisture content. AMEC performed four CQA Standard Proctor compaction tests <br />of SSF. The testing frequency (approximately one test per 221 cubic yards) exceeded the <br />minimum specified testing frequency of one test per 50,000 cubic yards. The SSF <br />compaction test results are presented in Appendix H-2 and summarized in Table 7. CQC <br />Proctor tests were not included in the Proctor testing frequency. <br />AMEC performed standard Proctor compaction tests of SF in order to compare in-place <br />densities and moisture contents with laboratory derived values of maximum dry density and <br />optimum moisture content. The majority of the SF contained more than 30% above the 3/4" <br />sieve. Per Specification 2200 Section 3.06, SF containing more than 30% above the 3/4" <br />sieve is placed using a method specification and cannot be tested using a Standard Proctor <br />(due to the high rock content).
