The testing frequency (approximately one test <br />per 3,138 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one test per <br />5,000 cubic yards. The CQA gradations performed of SLF met project specifications. The <br />SLF CQA gradation results are presented in Appendix H-1 and summarized in Table 9. <br />AMEC performed twenty-one CQA gradations of LVSCF. The testing frequency <br />(approximately one test per 8,191 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing <br />frequency of one test per 10,000 cubic yards. The LVSCF CQA gradations met project <br />specifications, and the results are presented in Appendix H-1 and summarized in Table 10. <br />AMEC performed seventeen CQA gradations of DCF. The testing frequency (approximately <br />one test per 7,924 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one <br />test per 20,000 cubic yards. There is no testing frequency for CSB. The <br />CQA gradation performed on CSB did meet project specifications. The CSB gradation <br />results are presented in Appendix H-1 and summarized in Table 12. <br />4.1.2 Moisture Content <br />AMEC measured oven moisture contents of UF, SSF, SF, SLF, LVSCF, and DCF as part of <br />the CQA program.
