- I k _ GWS-38A 600 FOOT WELL SPACING STATEMENT I (we) Ed Duggan state as follows: I(we) own real property described as 30598 Weld Courrty Road 29, in the SE i/4 of the NW 1/,, Section 33, Township 6N, Range 66W, 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. We own the right and easement to the following well(s): Actual Actual Distance from Distance from Permit # 1/4 1/4 Sec. TM. Rng. N/S Sec. Line E/W Sec. Line Unregistered SE SE 4 5N 65W 1300 ft. (S) 1000 ft. (E) 13065R SW SE 4 5N 65W 500 ft. (S) 1680 ft. (E) ft. ft. 2. ' I (we) have been apprised that Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc., the present owner of a parcel of land in Section 4, Township 5N, Range 65W, 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado desires to excavate a gravel pit. I (we) also understand that the purpose of the well permit for such gravel pit is set forth in the well permit application, and that I (we) have reviewed the application that was submitted to the State Engineer and receipted by him under receipt no. 523102. 3. The location for the subject gravel pit is 600 feet or less from my (our) well. 4. By this statement I (we) am (are) specifically waiving any objection to the issuance of a well permit for the subject gravel pit, as set forth in the referenced application. I (we) am (are) also specifically waiving my (our) right I (we) may have to participate in a hearing before the State Engineer pursuant to Section 37-90-137(2), C.R.S. 5. By signing this statement, we do not waive our right to take necessary action in the future to protect our well(s) or water rights from injury due to the subject mining operation.
