The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION DATE <br />A. Problem: The sign at the mine entrance, as required by Rule 3.1.2 (1), is missing. Also, the <br />Inspector was unable to locate the required permit boundary markers. The boundaries of the <br />permit area are not clear in records held by the Division. <br />Corrective Action: Within 90 days from the date of mailing of this inspection report post the <br />L= ir d sign at the entrance to the mine site and post the permit boundary markers as required by <br />Rule 3.1.12. The sign must be clearly visible from the access road and must contain all of the <br />required wording as specified in Rule 3 1 12 (1) Please also submit an updated map showing the <br />permit area on the ground, <br />/2.
