may be raised.
2.05.4(2)(d)-6 The pond 13 was put on prime farmlands against Federal and State laws and
against all of us Begging them not to. Prime farmland was determined in 1998.
2,05.4(2)(d)-16 Irrigated pasture prime farmland. THERE IS NO SUCH Designation. First off
the choices are cropland, pastureland, rangeland. Second of all, prime farmland MUST BE
CROPLAND. Prime farmland must HISTORICALLY be used as cropland. Designations must
be corrected first and in PR6 must reflect the laws and terminology that were written for them.
2.05.4(2)(d)-7 16.94Benson was historically cropped as prime farmland and did contain prime
farmland soils per definitions and laws. How do they keep changing things to pasture?
Therefore the total area to be on the Morgan property as prime farmland is 107.96 acres. This is
not quite correct. It should be 140 minus 25 mol because they put a road right through the
middle of our prime farmland and the pond. Therefore no one has ever discussed how they were
going to put the prime farmland back where the road is and the pond is suppose to be returned to
cropland as soon as they go to reclaim it which actually increases the acreages.
The 16.94 acreas of Bensons has been reclaimed to irrigated pasture. There is no such thing and
it has been and still is cropland and it has our prime soils on it. Bensons harvested these fields
and wfc has continued to harvest these fields and it has been historically used as cropland as he
stated at the public meeting and still is cropland.
2.05.4(2)(d)-20 "The actual maximum acceptable SALT level will depend on the PLANT
SPECIES! Here it is from the scientist. They raised our salt content that is unacceptable to us
and the scientist even says that it depends on what we grow whether it is acceptable.
2.05.4(2)(d)-21 These levels were approved in TR 57 in 2008. TR 57 is illegal. You cannot use
a Technical Revision for a MAJOR change. A modification will have to be made here to change
TR57 to a PR57 and then those things that we object to and are lies and false hood need to be
corrected so that TR57 will be made legal.
2.05.4(2)(d)-21 Fragmented sentence with Dave Dearstyne
We were not invited to this meeting and no decisions were suppose to be made and those were
promises from the state.
2.05.4(2)(d)-21 Bench one was used as lift B.. NO SUBSTITUTES can be used unless they are
BETTER than what we had and nothing that you can substituteis better or can duplicate our Barx
Darvey soils and this is from Dave Dearstyne. You may use a substitute and recreate a suitable
subsoil, but it will not duplicate what we had nor will it be better.
The topsoil salvaging on the Sunshine comer. THEY ARE USING THE DEPTH OF WHAT IS
IN THE STOCKPILES. THEY ARE NOT USING WHAT ACTUALLY WAS SALVAGED
