May Day Mine and Mill Site, Wildcat Mining Corporation, Original 110(2) Permit <br />Exhibit B <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has committed to obtaining quarterly surface water and <br />groundwater samples to demonstrate compliance with applicable water quality criteria and <br />excellent environmental protection to demonstrate compliance. Exhibit C, Mining Plan Rule <br />6.3.3 all available data is presently provided in the existing permit application. <br />Water Rights - Surface Water (Court Decree Attachment B-4) <br />Name of Structure: Wildcat Diversion Structure. El/2NW 1/4, Section 28, T 36 North, R 11 West, <br />N.M.P.M, La Plata County, Colorado. <br />Source of Water: Surface water located with the May Day mine and draining out of Idaho Mine portal <br />into unnamed channel tributary to the La Plata River. <br />Appropriation Date: November 30th, 2006. <br />Amount Claimed: 0.022 c.f.s. conditional (10gpm) for mining and milling; 1.0 c.f.s. for storage in <br />augmentation ponds to be managed in accordance with the decree granted by the Colorado Water Court <br />granted October lot", 2007. <br />Proposed Uses: Mining, milling, industrial and commercial uses associated with mining and milling <br />operations, domestic for bathroom in industrial building (when approved by La Plata County), storage, <br />and augmentation storage. <br />Water Rights - Storage <br />Name of Structures: <br />• Wildcat Augmentation Pond #1 - off-channel, lined pond (36 mill HDPE or equivalent), with <br />capacity of approximately 3.0 acre-feet active storage-no dead storage Location of structure: <br />El/2NW1/4 Sec. 28, T36N, RI I W, N.M.P.M La Plata County, Colorado <br />• Wildcat Augmentation Pond #2 - off-channel, lined pond (36 mill HDPE or equivalent), with <br />capacity of approximately 2.5 acre-feet active storage-no dead storage. (Will not be constructed <br />under current Idaho Mine Plan) <br />• Wildcat Augmentation Pond (AKA-Idaho Mill Settling Pond) - off-channel, lined pond (36 mill <br />HDPE or equivalent), with capacity of approximately 1.5 acre-feet. <br />Location of Structure: E1/2NW1/4 Sec. 28, T36N, R1 1W, N.M.P.M La Plata County, Colorado. <br />Source of Storage Water: <br />• Water diverted from Wildcat Diversion Structure <br />• Water hauled from outside the La Plata River basin <br />June 28, 2010 Amendment M-1981-185
