Water will be pumped to and from the augmentation ponds on an as needed basis and in <br />accordance with the existing water right to serve the May Day Mill or to be used for other designated <br />applications using a 2,000 gallon water truck. When water is not in priority, the diversions for the May <br />Day mill operations will continue to the extent that Augmentation water is available in the Augmentation <br />Ponds to replace depletions.
