Plan Map. The revised Pre-Mining Plan Map now is labeled and annotated to the <br />current adjacent property owner "George Irrevocable Trust". <br />C. Proof of owners of record of the easements for the following permanent man made <br />structures will be clarified in the order of presentation in this section and later under <br />Item 15 rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S- Permanent Man-made Structures. <br />Huerfano County - CR 6.1.1.1 and CR 611 the roads mentioned are <br />dedicated county roads that Huerfano County operates for Public access to <br />this part of the county. The operator is working with the county on both <br />roads to maintain and improve and/or build the existing unimproved road <br />on the mine site. Please see the attached Letter from the Huerfano County <br />Commissioners for the details. <br />ii. San Isabel Electric Association, Inc. owns the power lines and poles that <br />are presently on site. The Pino <br />Ditch does not continue the total length of the permit in the east-west
