Proof of owners of record of the easements for the following permanent man made <br />structures will be clarified in the order of presentation in this section and later under <br />Item 15 rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S- Permanent Man-made Structures. <br />Huerfano County - CR 6.1.1.1 and CR 611 the roads mentioned are <br />dedicated county roads that Huerfano County operates for Public access to <br />this part of the county. The operator is working with the county on both <br />roads to maintain and improve and/or build the existing unimproved road <br />on the mine site.
