The <br />applicant will endeavor to respond to your letter before the May 26, 2010 deadline if possible, however <br />if the applicant encounters circumstances beyond their control an extension of time may be requested <br />from the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />1. As required by Rule 1.6.2(d) and 1.6.5(2) the proof of publication in the newspaper of general <br />circulation locally has been attached in this adequacy package. The Public Notice was published <br />in the Huerfano World Journal on the following days: March 11, 2010, March 18, 2010, March <br />25, 2010 and on April 1, 2010. The applicant has enclosed the notarized AFFIDAVIT of "Proof <br />of Publication" and the tear sheets from each publication day from the newspaper. <br />2. To satisfy Rule 1.6.2 (e) the applicant is submitting the copies of the owners of record of surface <br />lands surrounding the subject property line which in all the cases is in excess of the 200 feet that <br />is required by this rule, however the applicant notified all the landowner for the benefit of the <br />neighbors. <br />a. Please see the attached proof of Certified Mailing and copies of the return receipts. <br />b. Exhibit "C"- Pre-Mining Plan Map has been changed to reflect the new owners of <br />record for the "George Meonch" property as identified on the Original Pre-Mining
