A description of results achieved: <br />There have been no observed or reported subsidence damage to any of the structures or <br />facilities above the mines. <br />1983 - Settlement was reached and Release was signed by property owners of Powder <br />Mountain Ranch "for any damage which has occurred of may in the future occur to the <br />property which is located in Sections 1 and 2, Township 11 South, Range 98 West of the <br />6th P.M., Mesa County, Colorado as a direct or indirect result of mining activities <br />heretofore or hereafter conducted on or under the Property or on or under adjacent <br />lands." <br />1996 through 2001 Subsidence Reports <br />No evidence of subsidence was found, indicating that previous cracks found in 1994 & <br />1995 were filling in with sediment and detritus, or "healing". <br />17. Copies of the written notice to seek release to parties identified in Rule 3.03.2(1): <br />A Certificate of Service, which documents the notices required under Rule 3.03.2(1) have <br />been mailed, is enclosed. <br />18.
