Tomography Well TM 4
• Drill a nominal 17 1/2" diameter hole a minimum 80 feet.
• Run 11.75", 47 #, J-55 casing to 80 feet and cement with "Neat Cement" to surface.
• Nipple up BOP and wait on cement a minimum of 4 hours. Pressure test BOP.
• Drill out through the surface conductor with a 10.625" diameter bit using mud or aerated
mud. Advance the drill hole to 1900 feet (casing point). The casing point location must
be within a 2 ft. radius relative to the staked surface location.
• Condition hole and run 7.625", 26.4#, J-55 casing with a guide/float shoe to 1900 feet.
• Rig up for nitrogen aerated cement job. Cement casing to surface
• Wait on cement 12 hours.
• Trip in the hole with 6.25" bit and dress off cement and make 10 feet of new hole.
• Trip out of the hole and run a Cement Bond Log.
• Trip into the hole with a 6.25" bit and drill with mud/aerated mud from 1910' to a
maximum depth of 2400 feet.
• Circulate and condition the hole for 1 hour and trip out of the hole.
• Run 1.5" DH-2500 Fiberglass Tubing from 2400 feet to 1950 feet with a changeover to
1.9", 2.76#, J-55, IJ steel tubing to surface.
• Rig up for cement. Cement from Total Depth to 1800 feet.
T-1P (Production Well)
• Drill a 17 %2 -in diameter hole a minimum of 80 feet
• Run 80', 13 3/8-in OD, 61#, J-55 Surface Casing.
• Cement with "Neat Cement" to surface.
• Nipple up BOP and wait on cement a minimum of 4 hours. Pressure test BOP.
• Drill out from surface casing with a 12 %4-in diameter bit and using directional drilling
tools to hit a target at a True Vertical Depth (TVD) of 2015 ft. within a 2 ft. radius of the
surface coordinates.
• Circulate to clean and condition hole. Trip out of the hole.
• Run 9 5/8-in casing to 2015'. The bottom 80 feet (1935-2015 ft.) will be P-110, 53.5#
casing and the remaining 1935 feet will be 36#, J55.
• Rig up for nitrogen aerated cement job. Cement casing to surface.
• Wait on cement for 12 hours, prepare to drill out of casing with 8 3/8-in bit.
• Drill cement shoe and 10 feet on new hole and trip out of the hole.
• Run CBL/CCL and evaluate results. Do a remedial cement job if warranted.
• If re-cementing was required, drill out the cement pocket below 9 5/8-in shoe and drill 3
feet of new formation
• Perform a formation Integrity Test to 1100 psi.
• Directional drill the 8 3/8-in hole to a depth of 2256 ft. within a 2 ft. radius of the surface
coordinates.
• Circulate and condition the hole. Install directional ranging tools.
• Rig down and move to T-1H well.
T-111 (Heater Well)
Drill a 17 '/2 -in diameter hole a minimum of 80 feet.
Run 80', 13 3/8-in OD, 61#, J-55 Surface Casing.
Cement with "Neat Cement" to surface.
7
