• 1.04 (136) Technical Revision. This is a MINOR CHANGE!!! How did you pass TR -49 which
changed the HISTORICALLY irrigated pasture, actually according to your terminology,
CROPLAND to DRYLAND without doing a permit- revision ? ? ?? This land was historically
irrigated and cropped 5 of the 10 years prior to the mine entering it and once I reclaimed it, I got
numerous cuttings of hay and was irrigating it for a couple of years. Then Ross all of a sudden
said JoEllen, take the water off, dry it up before the state gets here because we are going to
change this to dry land. Where are your monthly inspections and your guidance that laws say you
must provide ?? Where is the information that is suppose to be given to the public about any
MAJOR changes that change the reclamation of the land ?? Where is this monthly agenda
published in the local paper that is suppose to inform the public and provide public involvement
so that the rules, regulations, and laws are followed and abided by ? ?? If the DRMS had been
doing their JOBS, then they would have seen what this property looked like before WFC tried to
dry it up and change it to DRYLAND. The same with Lloyds, Bensons, Johnson., and
MORGANS! ! ! ! DRMS is suppose to be inspecting ALL, ALL, ALL, of these properties on a
monthly basis either by aerial or in PERSON.. So, WHY don't you know HOW beautiful ALL of
these places were before the MINE is trying to DRY them up ? ? ? ? ? ??
10
