• 1.04 (96) Principal Shareholder
l
Mr. Morgan is the LARGEST SHAREHOLDER OF THE CC DITCH COMPANY AND IS OF
RECORD AS SUCH! ! ! Mr. Morgan has enough water to FLOOD this entire farm if he wanted
to, WFC has been offered another 12 shares of water and they have REFUSED! The 50 shares
that went with the property that is being mined has never had that much water EVER on
RECORD!! Western Fuels just don't want to put all of this PRIME IRRIGATED FARMLAND
back but by LAW they have to. YOUR LAWS! WFC had to prove before they could even get a
permit to MINE this property that they could reclaim it to AS GOOD AS IT WAS and when they
asked MR. Morgan how many shares he was using to irrigate with, he said 50 which was a true
statement!! ! ! 1996, there was 50 shares which included I REPEAT INCLUDED IRRIGATING
the field that we had in CORN this year. After that, on record, there was 45 shares used to
irrigate the entire piece. Before 1996, 60 shares was used to IRRIGATE THE ENTIRE PIECE
THAT THE MINE IS MINING PLUS PLUS PLUS THE 31 acres that was in CORN this year
and is not being mined. That is why MR Morgan thought 50 shares would be plenty because it
was more than we were using and ROSS was told MANY MANY TIMES that there was more
available it needed. WFC told MR. Morgan that using the figure 50 shares was for Mr.Morgans
own protection so that WFC couldn't just take more without asking MR. Morgan FIRST! WFC
has been told and WFC knows that there is more water available if they need it to reclaim the
morgan property, We do not want them to take more than they need and we do not want it just
sitting idle since the ENTIRE 107 acres are not done the SAME DAY! ALFALFA DROWNS
EASILY!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO IRRIGATE ALFALFA AND THEY HAVE
• DROWNED ALL OF THE FIELDS OF BURBRIDGE AND GARVEYS AND NOW
BENSONS BECAUSE THEY THINK THE WATER MUST RUN ALL OF THE TIME!
WE are the only ones that RAISE straight ALFALFA in this ENTIRE AREA that is being mined
and once ALFALFA is DROWNED, it is DEAD DEAD DEAD!!! It cannot come back!
Alfalfa has to be managed by a FARMER not a MINER or a MINE ENGINEER! ! !
When Marcia and Dan was at MR. Morgans, they were told the SAME things!! There was more
water available and that ALFALFA DROWNS easily!! It likes hot and dry much better than it
likes TOO MUCH water! We tried to show them our contracts and explain some things, but they
SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT A CONTRACT AND WOULD NOT LET
US DISCUSS ANY OF THAT WITH THEM, BUT NOW WFC CAN EVEN PUT IT IN A
PERMIT REVISION OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WITHOUT US TELLING DRMS WHAT WAS
AGREED ON ? ?? Kinda one sided, isn't it ??
0
