(8) Knowing that every side roll that was put in on WFC property was TRIAL and ERROR. <br />(9) Knowing that many different designs and nozzles, and the number of side rolls, all of these <br />would have to be worked out to fit the situation. But instead, Ross Gubka told NRCS that only 3 <br />side rolls would be used, and WFC could not find an irrigator to change the water twice a day, so <br />figure it on 24 hour sets(THIS WILL DROWN ALFALFA) and that when an IRRIGATOR first <br />starts, they can only run the side roll for maybe an hour, maybe two, depends on how the soil <br />holds together. <br />(A) Numerous facts were deliberately left out which in fact is a violation of YOUR LAWS. <br />(B) Little or NO communication from Ross to Lance to Us <br />Since August of 2008, we have NOT heard from WFC with any discussions on ANY of the <br />irrigations or farming, or anything except for a REFERENCE area which we were ALSO lied to <br />about facts because the information that Ross Gubka provided us with is contradictory to ALL of <br />DRMS laws.
