Another type of discrimination factor that has been done by WFC and possibly the Division is:
MV Western Fuels irrigated all of the properties East of 2700 Road. Some of these properties such as
San Miguel Power that was previously leased by Frank Morgan up until the time the mine
entered the property, had NO Water. The water that was being provided by Frank Morgan.
Western Fuels reclaimed all of these properties, irrigating them continuously and are still
documenting them as irrigated. Properties such as Mike Moores has NO water but we that piece
of property and irrigated it and cut hay off it for all of those years that I was working for Western
Fuels. A lot of the properties there, all under a sideroll system, such as Garvey had 51 acres and
was reclaimed with 21 shares of water. This all are examples of discrimination against the
MORGANS.
•
•
