INFORMATION THAT WAS PROVIDED TO NRCS THAT WAS MISLEADING AND
FALSE INFORMATION THAT WAS KNOWN BY WFC TO BE FALSE.
(!) Ross Gubka, Chief Engineer for WFC, provided NRCS with False information concerning the
irrigation of the Morgan Property.
(A) Told NRCS that they were providing only 3 side rolls and Ross had already been told
at MR. Morgans table, at WFC office, and in the presence of DRMS, and on tape, that we wanted
our side roll to be used making 4 side rolls and if they didn't use ours, we still wanted 4 side
rolls.
(B) 4 side rolls had been discussed with Ross Gubka on numerous occasions and with
DRMS at our house with Marcia Talvetti and Dan Mathews present indicating to them that WE
TURN TWO ON AND SHUT TWO OFF, and that was the way we HAD always irrigated, so we
needed four sideroils on the Morgan property. Ross Gubka KNEW ALL OF THIS!
(2) Knowing that we were already going to be the irrigators, Ross Gubka told NRCS that WFC
could not find an irrigator that would work 7 days a week, be on 24 hour day call, or that would
change the side rolls TWICE a day.
(A) Knowing that we were the irrigators
(B)Knowing that we had always been on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and
changed the side rolls TWICE a day. This makes a tremendous difference on how many acres a
• person can irrigate.
© Knowing that during farming season, there are NO days off and NO vacations, and we
NEVER take days off(NOT TOGETHER)
(3) Knowing that there is NO PUMP REPAIR.
(A) Did not tell NRCS that there is NO PUMP, everything is gravity FED.
(B) Knowing that we were irrigating and were not taking a day off to repair pumps or
sideroils.
(4) Knowing that we do not irrigate the ENTIRE 107 acres at ONE time. Ross Gubka knew that
we always turned two side rolls on and shut two side rolls off and repaired anything on the side
rolls that were off while the other two side rolls ran.
(5)Knowing that when Ross Gubka sat in the Kitchen at Mr. Morgans House that 10 more shares
was offered than and if that wasn't enough, there could be more.
(6) Knowing that there isn't 12% loss in the ditch at Mr. Morgans.
(A) Ross Gubka knew that Monte Naslund had always said that there was a 10% loss, but
that was across the ENTIRE PARK. Ross knew this and still held information back concerning
the facts that Ross Gubka knew.
(7) Knowing the size nozzles, probably better than anyone, and did not tell NRCS what size
t o nozzles would work on our place.
