6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />Testing Schedule <br />The testing requirements and frequencies outlined below are prepared to <br />demonstrate the placed and constructed material is in accordance with the Clay <br />Liner Design and Specifications. <br />Field Testing <br />The following tests shall be performed on the compacted clay core as applicable: <br />Property Test Method Frequency <br />Grain Size ASTM D422 1 test per 5,000 cubic yards and any <br /> change in material <br />Moisture-Density ASTM D698 1 test per 10,000 cubic yards and any <br />Curve change in material <br />In-place density ASTM D2922 1 test per 5,000 cubic yards or per day if <br /> <5,000 cubic yards placed <br />In-place moisture ASTM D3017 1 test per 5,000 cubic yards or per day if <br /> <5,000 cubic yards placed <br />Classification ASTM D2487 1 test per 10,000 cubic yards and any <br /> change in material
