Rule 3.1.12: A sign is already posted at the site. Specific information such <br />as dates and sampling methodology used should be included. Please submit a copy for the <br />record. Also, please note any BLM requirements related to wildlife impacts and <br />mitigation. <br />6.4.9- Exhibit I, Soils is adequate. <br />6.4.10 - Exhibit J, Vegetation is adequate. <br />6.4.11- Exhibit K, Climate is adequate. <br />6.4.12 - Exhibit L, Reclamation Costs is acceptable at this time. However, staff will <br />calculate an estimate after the review is completed. <br />6.4.13 - Exhibit M, Other Permits <br />Please provide documentation that a Radon Emissions Permit is not required by the <br />EPA. <br />6.4.14 - Exhibit N Source of Legal Right to Enter appears to be acceptable. <br />6.4.15 - Exhibit O, Owners of Record: appears to be acceptable. <br />6.4.16 - Exhibit P, Municipalities within 2 miles is acceptable. <br />6.4.17 - Exhibit Q Proof of Notice to County Board and Soil Conservation, Proof of <br />Notice supplied 4115109.
