WE THINK WE HAVE ALSO BEEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF
NUMEROUS DOCUMENTATION BY BOTH WFC AND DRMS THAT DOES NOT
COMPLY. WITH FEDERAL OR STATE REGULATIONS.
The law states that if there is agricultural production and the landowner has a seasonal operation
that ALL documentation, pictures, reports, production figures, or any thing that relates to this
piece of property must be submitted and documented when the property is in full production.
In other words, all pictures, photos, assessments of the property must be done during FARMING
season. You can't take pictures of it once the mine has removed the water from the property and
say THIS IS DRYLAND. You must establish the land use whenever the land is being used. If
we are out there cutting hay, that is when you need your documentation. If we are plowing for
another crop, that is when you need to document. All of you produced an aerial photo for late
fall and then tried to make an evaluation. You didn't ask what was being done or anything about
the property for that time of year. In the late fall, there is very little productive activity going on
and in the late fall, all the irrigation water has already been shut down. So, I believe that in
numerous _documents-that- A3-ITof you have-discriminated-against-us- -
•
•
