Final reclamation may not be determined until after three
years and growth has been documented, but each hole will be sealed, back-filled and if in soil, surface
reseeded shortly after drilling.
Reclamation will be concurrent with the exploration and development efforts and complete
within twelve months of termination of mining efforts.
The following seed mixture has been approved by the Bureau of Land Management for use in
Montrose County, Colorado within the pinyon/juniper/sagebrush environment and will be used
in the application rates shown for re-seeding of disturbed areas.
Last Chance Mine - April 2009 E-3
