Please update the Probable Hydrologic Consequences section of the permit application with a <br />discussion of the probable effects on the hydrologic regime of pumping mine water into Hubbard <br />Creek. <br />Section 2.05.4. Reclamation Plan <br />8. The Division has finished its review of the reclamation cost estimate for TR-53. Attached are the <br />Division's cost estimate worksheets, which include a summary sheet and worksheets for tasks nos. 261 <br />through 268. The reclamation cost estimate represents an increase in liability of $11,942.00. <br />Please review the Division's reclamation cost estimate and inform the Division as to whether or not <br />the estimate is acceptable to BRL. <br />Section 4.05.10, Underground Mine Entry and Access Discharges <br />9. Please demonstrate compliance with Rule 4.05.10(2), if applicable. <br />Section 4.05.16, Discharge of Water into an Underground Mine <br />10. Please demonstrate compliance with Rule 4.05.16(4) for discharges of underground water to the <br />surface. <br />Public and Other Agency Comments <br />11. Attached is a comment letter that the Division received from the Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources concerning TR-53. That agency has no concerns with the proposed activities provided that <br />the pumped water is not used in any way and that it is discharged to Hubbard Creek as proposed.
