STORMWATER MANAGEM. . F PLAN 2/20/09 <br />Maryland Creek Ranch <br />replaced as needed. Sanitary wastes will be disposed of offsite in accordance with all <br />applicable laws. No connections or flows exist that could be combined with stormwater flows. <br />The only non-stormwater discharge permitted for this site is mine de-watering. The discharge of <br />groundwater will be monitored as required by the discharge permit. <br />If any unauthorized sources of non-stormwater discharges are noticed at the site, the SWMP <br />Administrator will be notified immediately. The source and condition of the discharge will be <br />investigated. If the discharge is perceived to be a potential contaminant source to stormwater or <br />permitted process water (groundwater dewatering), the SWMP Administrator or designated <br />personnel will notify the Water Quality Control Division of the CDPHE. <br />The form entitled, "Testing for Non-Stormwater," will be copied and used for the description of <br />evaluation any non-permitted discharge source. A copy of the completed from will be kept on <br />file with the SWMP records. <br />7
