Also, please update Section 2.03.10 <br />if applicable. <br />BRL responded that the construction permits have not been received yet. <br />Rule 2.05.30), Mine Facilities and Rule 4.03, Roads <br />Rule 4.03.1(1)(fl and Rule 4.03.1(7). No specifications for reclamation of the proposed road <br />segment were found in the application. Please include a description of the proposed reclamation <br />in the application (The Division makes a recommendation that a segment-specific section for the <br />proposed haul road from Stations 4+50 to 9+50 be included in the application as was done for <br />other selected haul road segments on pages 2.05-19ii through 2.05-24 of the PAP.) <br />The Division has no further concerns. New permit page 2.05-24i was revised in the October 5, <br />2007 submittal to include a statement on the reclamation of the road and a reference to Map 18, <br />Postmining Topography. <br />6. Rule 4.03.1(3)(c). Please include the design width of the road in the application (suggest the <br />segment-specific section under Item 4 above or a cross section). <br />The Division has no further concerns. In the submittal dated October 5, 2007, new permit page <br />2.05-24i was revised to include a statement on the design width of the haul road segment. <br />7. Rule 4.03.1(3)(e). No specifications for the proposed road segment embankments were found in <br />the application. Please include the design specifications appropriate to sub-sections of this rule in <br />the application (suggest the segment-specific section under Item 4 above or a cross-section). <br />The Division has no further concerns. In the October 5, 2007 submittal, new permit page 2.05-24i <br />was revised to include a reference to an embankment specification on approved permit application <br />pages 2.05-20 and 21. <br />8. Rule 4.03.1(4)(b)(i). No specifications for the stabilization of exposed surfaces in the segment were <br />found in the application. Please include the design specifications appropriate to sub-sections of <br />this rule in the application (suggest the segment-specific section under Item 4 above). <br />The Division has no further concerns. New permit page 2.05-24i was revised in the October 5, <br />2007 submittal to include a description of the methods to be used to stabilize exposed surfaces. <br />9. Rule 4.03.1(4)(b)(ii). No measures that reduce overland flow velocity, reduce runoff volume, or <br />trap sediment for the proposed road segment work were found in the application. Please include <br />the design specifications appropriate to sub-sections of this rule in the application (suggest the <br />segment-specific section under Item 4 above). <br />The Division has no further concerns. In the October 5, 2007 submittal, new permit page 2.05-24i <br />was revised to include a description of the methods to be used to control runoff from the disturbed <br />area. <br />2
