It needs to be put back as good as it was and its already worse. The fact is that WFC removed
our PRIME topsoil off this place for three days and three nights and even if it was not known to
be prime, which it was, our lease says ALL of our topsoil was suppose to be stockpiled on THIS
place. AND going to a ONE lift system to only save money for WFC instead of doing the
RIGHT thing. To substitute a bench one material is bad enough, but not to even be able to
irrigate like we were is even worse. The other statement THE USE of 3 siderolls. If WFC is not
intending to leave the entire irrigation system after bond release, then WFC needs to return the
property to the condition it was so that we can use our gated pipe and furrow irrigate. Right now,
that is impossible the way you have put it back and we are not going to put in our own irrigation
system to fix WFC screw up. We are farmers, not a mining company and we do not have
unlimited money resources. If you tried to do all of these things out of YOUR own pockets, how
far would you get? Not very far, and neither can the average farmer.
Where did 12 years come from? The law says 10, WFC said 10, DRMS said 10 , the lease says
10, so where does 12 come from? WFC is not going to tie up any more Morgan property and
have control over it. If that is your intentions for a reference area, that will never happen. We
are the farmers and we have been farming for more years than you have been mining and we will
make our own decisions on our own property. WFC is not going to tie us to NRCS, either.
NRCS has a job and their job is to provide information that is requested of them to the best of
their abilities based on what facts they are given. They have been given wrong information and
their calculations are not accurate because of what they have been told. They also have been lied
to. The NRCS was told that WFC could not find anyone to irrigate that would change the side
rolls twice a day. That is all a lie and false information. Would you like to read my contracts? I
worked there all the time and when I was hired to irrigate, I changed the side rolls twice a day, 7
days a week, and I was on 24 hour call. I NEVER MISSED A DAY! Brent Spangler worked
for me for 7 years and in that 7 years, he NEVER TOOK A DAY OFF! If I was gone to a Rodeo,
either Mike or Brent did the side rolls. I have a copy of every hour, every minute, of every day. I
do not throw away ANYTHING! I can dig those all out and provide them if necessary. WE
ARE THE FARMERS AND THE IRRIGATING PEOPLE FOR THE MORGAN PROPERTY!
NO ONE ELSE IS GOING TO DO THE JOB! We had already offered our side roll for the
fourth side roll and we will be changing them twice a day and turning two on and two off.
ALFALFA DROWNS EASILY! NO one raises straight alfalfa here except us and that is why
the Garvey and Burbridge place is ALL drowned now is because NO one understands how to
water Alfalfa! Once it is drowned, it NEVER comes back. It is gone! Every thing that Ross
provided to NRCS is the wrong information. The nozzle sizes, the way it was set up, the 24 hour
sets, everything is wrong and will not work the way we farm. NRCS has their own job, and it is
not to be in charge of us. NRCS is not farmers, either! They have been given wrong information
and therefore cannot make an accurate response.
The FINAL issue. NO ONE is going to put in a contract that ONLY Frank Morgan who is blind
and Mike Morgan will have direct contact with WFC personnel. YOU have just violated my
rights and that makes a contract illegal because a contract is only legal if everything in that
contract is legal. Most of my best friends are the coal miners working for you whether you like it
or not. And no one is going to tell me that I cannot have direct contact with them. I don't bother
NONE of you. I am very polite to Ross and to Tom and to YOU and to everyone else. Even
though Ross grabbed me and I had to call the cops, Mike and I have went to Ross and asked him
