if we could still be friends, and he said NO! We loved to hear about his shoots and talking with
him and that was his choice to say NO. I loved Mrs. Gubka to pieces and I had also told how
sorry I was that anything ever happened that day. She said both me and Ross was so hot
tempered and it seemed that just anything could set one of us off but she understood. My
contract, Lance, said that if there was a problem with the irrigating that WFC was not to touch it.
They were to contact me and after 3 warnings, if they weren't satisfied, WFC could then do
something. Mike and I had just finished setting the side rolls and turned the water on We went to
to do other things and looked back and the side rolls were off. Tom had taken the key out of the
pump and shut the water off. That was 10 times that month the key had been removed and my
water shut off. EVERY ONE KNEW if my pump was shut off and the key was gone, I WAS
HEADED TO THE OFFICE! The only thing I did wrong was confront Tom and asked where
my key was and why it was taken. I pointed my finger at him 5 times and called him a liar! Ross
involved himself. My problem was not with Ross. Ross jumped from his chair and grabbed my
arm. I told him if he did that again, I was calling the cops. He did it again when I pointed my
finger and called Tom a liar. I called the cops. I recorded the entire thing, Lance and I asked you
to come over and listen to the recording. I NEVER entered that office or talk to anyone without
recording it. My cell phone camera was on, also. I asked you to come and see it all. You told
me to lay low and you would take care of it. Instead, I received a letter that I was no longer
employed there. You never came over and listened to the recording or anything I had already
forgiven and went on with my life, never bothering or saying anything to anyone. First, because I
liked Ross and I loved Mrs. Gubka and Tom really wasn't that bad either, just got off on the
wrong foot and interfered with something that we were CONTRACTED to do and
EVERYTHING that day should have been handled differently. We were not employees, we
were contract laborers! AND if this is what this is all about, let's get it all out in the open and go
on with our jobs and lives. If there is a problem with me and Ross or Me and Tom or Me and
someone else, then tell me about the problem. Or my statues of limitations are not up yet, let's
take it to court, I'll get my attorney, Thomas LaCroix to file charges and get a trial date and we'll
see who was right or wrong.. Otherwise let's be professionals and put the past in the past and
move on. I am always nice to all of them, ask them. We asked Ross again if we could be
friends and he refused. When I found out that his home had burned, I was very sad. I saw him at
the Post Office and hugged him and told him how very sorry I was. I asked him if there was
anything we could do or help him with and he said he had already moved and he was all right.
So, WHY does WFC take a slam at ME every chance they get? I am going to be farming and
irrigating the Morgan property and I do not intend to go out of my way to contact the personnel,
but that can't always be avoided and I have No problem with being nice to Ross or Tom and
especially not you because you have always been some type of family to us. And like I said,
some of the miners are my best friends.
Lastly, I have No control over the people sending their objections. Some of them wanted a typed
letter or for me to certify the letter, but they don't want to see any of the farms in dry land either.
This is our country and our farms and we are the ones here for the rest of our lives and we have
to see everyday what you leave behind. You'll go somewhere else, Lance. But we are still here
trying to make something of what you left. All of them want this property put back the way it
was and when Robin stole my petitions, I went door to door and asked them if they wanted to see
the permit-revision and a lot of them read it and they decided for themselves whether they
wanted to file an objection. I didn't force them to do it. Some of the people had already went to
