• Photocopy of the U.S.D.A Soil Survey Map of Moffat County, Sheet 66 - Craig <br />Quadrangle. <br />• USDA Soil Descriptions and Misc.'hables. <br />(b) Permanent man-made structures: <br />The following man-made structure is within two (200) hundred feet of the <br />area to be affected and/or adjacent to the site access road. Damage <br />Agreements for all man-made-structures are attached. Locations of these <br />structures may be found on either the Exhibit A and/or E maps. <br />¦ Union Pacific Railroad R.O.W. <br />Landowners (Wagner Ranches, LLC to Wagner Rock, LLC) gates <br />and perimeter fence surrounding site. (shown on Exhibit A and E <br />Maps) <br />Elam Construction Truck Scale and Office Building (south of site) <br />(c) Water Resources: <br />The site is generally level and has no stream water entering it. Mining the gravel <br />resources will be conducted with a dragline. Groundwater will be exposed by the mining <br />activities. Any groundwater encountered will remain in the excavated pit as not to disturb <br />the hydrologic balance. pre or post mine. No off site transfer of fluid will be conducted <br />at this site including any and all stormwaters. There are no wells, streams, ditches, ponds <br />lakes or reservoirs, which will receive drainage and/or runoff from storm events within <br />the site. All stormwater at the site will be contained within the excavation areas. <br />Adjacent area water resources consist of a gravel pit pond to the South and beyond that <br />the Yampa River. The large pond is currently under DRM & S permit "Bunn Pit" and is <br />surrounded by levy protecting its hydrologic aspects. The apparent water table currently <br />stands about 12' below the existing surface elevation or 3' above the fully excavated <br />elevation of the pond. A Well permit for a Gravel Pit is being filed with the Colorado <br />Division of Water Resources for this operation. 100% storm-waters will be contained on <br />the flat site via a perimeter windrow/small berm following the inside of the perimeter
