Fact 24:Page 23 Do you even know what size supply lines we use? We have 6, 8, and 10 and
then the black drisco pipe is 12. The Fertilizer, all of this is wrong. The information is incorrect.
Fact25:, Page 24 Cut your own throat as well as everyone else. "ALTHOUGH ATTEMPTED IN
THE PAST, IRRIGATION WILL NOT BE EMPLOYED ON DRYLAND PASTURE. How are
you going to get it started. What about a drought? Water was just totally eliminated for you to
ever be able to irrigate even in an exceptionally bad year because you try to get it permitted for
NO WATER!!!!!! Just as you did when you tried to get all the property East of 27 road with
bond release but you did not understand farming as I was trying to tell you and trying to get
production in the 9' and 10'' years, it did not work The land was permitted the way you wanted
against every ones expertise and it failed. And here you are again, trying to save money but
leaving yourself no out and cutting your own throat.
Fact 26; A lot of the tables of reference are missing so we cannot see his examples.
Fact 27:Again NO NO NO Page 26. There are no water availability calculations just a bunch oft
figures that have been thrown together. We are not accepting this type of data. It is not accurate
and has never been scientifically proved)under scientific settings I've irrigated this for the past
18 years with enormous production rates with more than enough water and 50 years of
experience by the Mogans prior to that. Even East of 27 Road, I had to shut the water down
HALF way all the time so it wouldn't go over the overflow and we had more water than we ever
could use even EAST of 27 Road at ALL times except when I was told to shut me shut it down
for dust control and would not allow me to irrigate at the beginning when the ditch first came in.
I have every hour, every minute still in my file for all the time I worked for WFC.There is
another inaccurate statement. "Few farmers did 2nd or would even attempt 3`d cuttings. Weimers,
Galleys Morgans, Burbridges, Bensons, Richards and Richards, Carver, Coopers Phippenys,
Olivers, Garveys, Everyone does 1'. 2nd, and mostly third depending on the weather and what you
are presently mining, we even get 4 cuttings! This is on page 26
Fact 28:PAGE 29 Again Falsehoods!!! We have always consistently irrigated and cropped, this
is our livelihood.. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN FULLY IRRIGATED(Page 30) Where do these
facts come from????Last year we planted CORN ask Gordon and Lori Smith, they are the ones
that bought it. We irrigated with the sideroll until the corn got too tall, then I took pipe and stung
across the field and furrow irrigated until the corn was ready. I didn't think the corn properly
dented and some of the corn in the middle was only 5 foot tall. Gordon and Lori didn't have
their bags ordered for silage, so we all agreed with the time frame that the cows could get just as
much benefit out of the corn if we just fenced it off and let them have it. The year prior to that I
sold the hay off that field to George Hibbert and Dave Wilcox and produced 156 tons off that 31
acres. We felt this production was getting low, so that is why we planted in corn and this year we
put in a cover crop of oats and planted alfalfa. We got 106 ton of oat hay and 2' cutting we got
173 ton of alfalfa/oats. Ask Marcia, I showed her this very field and showed her where we had
planted corn and we would be putting it back in a permanent crop this year. Just because we
don't irrigate and do things just exactly when images are taken , doesn't mean it wasn't done!!!!!
All of the others were also planted under the pivot new and corn prior to that and wheat, prior to
that. The wheat we plowed under for fertilizer. Next Fact: Again page 36.1 st, 2nd, and Yd
cuttings are taken from these farmers. In what year of the stand was the samples taken???
Next Fact:Page 37 All samples are South Facing everywhere.
Next Fact: Page 37 WATER HAS INCREASED Michaels on the board and water has
