increased.
Page 71: Dirk Richards owns the Martin place and it is classified as irrigated pasture and I can
tell you right now, he is not allowing it to be put it in Sagebrush with no irrigation!!He has plans
to build and farm there.
Next Fact; I could go on and on and take the entire 139 pages and show all you how ficticious
this revision is but I think you have very clearly gotten our point. Ross has talked with us about
the 31 acre piece for a reference area, but Ross, WFC, or no one else is going to tell us when to
fertilize that piece, when irrigate that piece, when to cut that piece , or anything else because it is
our livelihoods and we can do better than fine without any help or direction from them. They are
not tracking through our fields, driving through our fields and we can weigh every bale and give
them accurate weights or every truck load and give them accurate weights and they can monitor
that but all that other items he added we did not and will not agree to. We also told him that we
cut the LAST week of MAY or the FIRST week of JUNE, not the middle of June, not the end of
June, and whenever it is, we will do it our way.
Sorry Sandy, Marcia, and Dan. This revisionds so far fetched and ridiculous that we are just
tired of all this constant having to fight for our farm back and what is right. Thank you for your
time, please be sure to view all the water facts and letters.
Thank you again,
JoEllen Turner and Michael Morg
ftr
40
w', l I h? ?,
C'--??
W
