Fact 13:Page6 NO! NO! NO! The Morgan PRIME FARMLAND is not going to be put back into
Dryland and NO ONE HAS EVER PROVEN THERE IS INSUFFICIENT WATER! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Figures are inaccurate and data is not correct.. 1 Share will do 2 acres, always has always will.
We are never going to wait until after bond release to farm our ground. This is our farm., put this
farm back the way it was. We will farm it and are not going to put PRIME FARMLAND in
dryland in Potential cropland. We are not going to wait until after bond release to farm our own
ground. We have already waited 10 years.,. Facts that are not accurate and information and we
are sick and tired of all of this trying to revise everything that was agreed on. Morgans contract in
the Revision, so do what was agreed and quit trying to change the context of the way the contract
reads to suit WFCs situation. As NRCS document stated, Prime Farmalnds need to be kept in
production.
Fact 14: Page 6 The ONLY TRUE statement and I Quote"WFC is not in the farming business
and has no interest in returning the land back to Irrigated Pasture post mine land use. WHY?
MONEY!!!!! NO IRRIGATION, NO FERTILIZING, NO RESPONSIBILITIES
WHATSOEVER! !! ! ! !
Here's another statement from TR55 "Irrigated pasture will be established on areas identified as
hayland." This was thrown out.
Fact 15: Page 11 Also TR55 Thrown out: It doesn't list land leveling. The graded soil will be
ripped but failed to add REMOVE all large rocks as possible .
Fact 16: Pages 8, 9, and 10 are missing but I can tell you for fact, the pond is not staying, the well
will be put some where agreeable on the Morgan property that they owe us and I'll have to go to
the court house to see what is in those pages.
Fact 17: Page 12 Also from TR55 that was suppose to be eliminated. Cultipacker seeder as we
explained to Ross in TR55, there is only one like that in the country and that belongs to Richards
and Richards. None of our drills have double disk openers except the range drill and there are no
depth bands on anything we have except our corn planter. That is why this page was eliminated
before.. Also we had all talked about the spring tooth harrow and we told WFC that it just
brought rocks to the top. This entire page does not belong. When we had our discussions with
all of us, he was already told to take this out. Why are we having to explain again?
act 18: Page 14 Jim Boyds letter. Again old . That is why Jim wrote another letter dealing with
utotoxicity that prevents interseeding alfalfa into alfalfa, or following an alfalfa crop with
nother alfalfa crop , which is why small grains are included in crop rotation.
act 19: Page 16 Those fields that are actively managed for hay and /or crop production need to
e recognized for their unique value as Crop land and PRESERVED OR RECLAIMED AS
UCH!!!!!
act20 Page 16 Wrong Dates The recommended time is not July 15-Sept. 15
act 21 Page 17 Planting Alfalfa, the soil is well prepared, involving tillage, LANDLEVELING,
)ck picking, etc.
act 22:Page 18 Here we go again, another TR55 that was suppose to be changed.
act23:Page 22 Old Again This was also a TR55 Suppose to have been removed because all of
ie Alfalfa seeds that are listed are PASTURE alfalfa and not a productive alfalfa and grow very
lose to the ground All the new types are listed that we use.. But then he goes back to TR55
rith seeding in alternate rows and we told him that is not done and this also was suppose to be
