The seed types are native to the San Luis <br />Valley area. <br />It will take one to two days to plant the seed. The best time to plant will be in the <br />spring from April 1 to June 30 or in the fall from August 1 to October 31. No <br />mulch or fertilizer will used for planting the new seed. No trees or shrubs will <br />be planted. <br />(e) Reclamation will be done on any 3 acre area within 12 months after <br />disturbance is complete. <br />
