MOUNT SNEFFELS MINING LLC EXPLORATION PLAN <br />The attached exploration proposal is a designed intense diamond drilling <br />plan to evaluate the large gold and silver potential reserve contained under <br />Mount Sneffels Mining Company, LLC patented and unpatented holdings. The <br />exploration plan is contained within the Sneffels Creek drainage and Yankee Boy <br />Basin areas. Patented holdings include approximately 145 acres, and unpatented <br />holdings include approximately another 550 acres. Scattered throughout the <br />patented holdings are small areas of open land administrated by the US Forest <br />Service. Approximately one acre of the surrounded Forest Service lands is <br />covered by unpatented mining claims owned or controlled by Mount Sneffels <br />Mining Company, LLC. The additional 550 acres of unpatented mining claims are <br />on US Forest Service lands. All of these lands— patented, unpatented and US <br />Forest Service —are delineated on the attached map. <br />Approximately 60,000 to 75,000 feet of drilling will be undertaken at a <br />cost of five to six million dollars. <br />The Exploration Plan includes 27 surface sites and associated access <br />roads. The total disturbance from these sites is less than two acres. Less than <br />'A acre of US Forest Service land will be affected. <br />Fifteen sites will require short access roads 100 to 800 feet long. Twelve <br />sites will require the existing road to be widened. Two sites and three access <br />roads are on US Forest Service lands. Four sites are contained within the <br />1 <br />
