amE� <br />Earth & Environmental <br />H) ADR and Crusher Waterlines <br />Pipe trench excavation and bedding was performed throughout the week for the Crushing <br />waterline using a CAT 330 excavator and a CAT 980 front -end loader. The pipe bedding material <br />was moisture conditioned and compacted using the bucket of the CAT 330 excavator. <br />Approximately 400 linear feet of pipe trench was excavated and bedded during the week. <br />I) Miscellaneous <br />No work performed during the week. <br />III) Underground Workings <br />A) Drilling <br />No work performed during the week. <br />B) Mine Shaft /Stope Remediation <br />No work performed during the week. <br />C) Lateral/Slot Remediation <br />No work performed during the week. <br />IV) Storm Water Management Structures <br />A) Control Structures <br />No work performed during the week. <br />B) Best Management Practices <br />Best Management Practices are being observed throughout the Phase 5 VLF Project. Storm water <br />controls were maintained throughout the week. Precipitation not substantial throughout the week. <br />V) VLF Primary Underdrain <br />Construction of the Phase 5 primary underdrain continued placing approximately 500 linear feet of <br />6 -inch diameter CPe pipe. The pipe was encased in underdrain filter material and geotextile per <br />Drawing A260. <br />VI)VLF Geosynthetics <br />No work performed during the week. <br />VII) VLF Drain Cover Fill <br />A) Phase IVc Geomembrane Re- certification Area <br />Drain cover fill placement was finished at Phase IVc re- certification. Drain cover fill was hauled <br />from the stockpile just east of the old substation site using two 40 -ton articulating haul trucks <br />loaded by a CAT 375 excavator.
