Drain cover fill placement was also performed using a CAT D -6 <br />LGP (low ground pressure) dozer when access to the area was established. A minimum if 2 feet of <br />cover was placed over the geomembrane. An AMEC representative observed the placement <br />constantly. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. <br />AMEC observed and documented ambient and fill temperatures, as well as the placement of structural fill <br />within the Phase 5 VLF fill area. <br />AMEC observed and documented ambient and fill temperatures, as well as the structural fill placement <br />(processed ore) within the Phase IV VLF constantly.
