West Elk Mine <br />Coal Preparation Plant and Associated Coal Handling Facilities <br />Preliminary Proiect Schedule <br />MCC is currently conducting an engineer, procure and construct (EPC) bidding process that is expected to <br />conclude with a bid award to a major EPC firm on or before September 30, 2009. <br />The facilities described above must be fully- operational by mid -July of 2010 to meet West Elk Mine's <br />operational needs.
