SUMMARY" OF FINDINGS
The entire area within the PERMIT BOUNDARY is classified as upland. Beginning in the
ravine approximately 225' east of the PROPI_A TY LINE, the entire area (towards the east)
is dominated primarily with big sagebrush (,9ricrni.sia lt•identala) and vellow rabbitbrush
(chi, vsothanmus vi.sc•iclillmws) intermixed with western wheatgrass (Pas•colryrum Smilhii)
and brorne (Brooms inw-ginulu+•). The area contains no indicators of wetland. In addition
the ravine bottom does not contain any indicators of seasonal flow such as a defined bed
and bank, ordinary high water mark, erosion, sediment deposition, drift lines and or
watermarks. The ravine bottom is entirely vegetated with upland species and is considered
an upland Swale.
PHOTO 1.
