Below pond 22 -P3 the emergency spillway, debris on trees and brush 2.5 -3 feet high indicate <br />heavy surface runoff within the recent past. Significant erosion from these flows was not <br />observed. <br />Two ponds remain immediately south of County Road 44 that provided sediment control for <br />areas north of the county road. These two ponds both held water and both hold moderate <br />amounts of sediment with a limited capacity remaining. <br />
