<br />Dear 1VIs, Yeager:
<br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 3?, Article 3, Section 11b,
<br />Paragraph 4, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on November ?, 209, an application to revue coal mining operations at
<br />the Elk Creek and Sanborn Creek Mine was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The revision was submitted by
<br />Dxbaw Mining, LLC. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of
<br />filing,
<br />This Technical Revision provides for the addition of as many as thirty-three gab vent b?rehales at the Elk Creek Mine
<br />Twenty-seven drill pads and associated temporary} light use roads will be installed; the boreholes wi11 be fitted with pumps for
<br />mine ventilation, and eventually recla?ned.
<br />The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately ? males I?arth of Somerset, Colorado. The permit
<br />area is further described as follows
<br />Township 12 South, Range 9a west, Gth PM - all ar parts ofection 29 ? 32
<br />Township 1 ? South, Range 91 west, Gth PM - all or parts of Sections 25 - ?7 and 34 - 36
<br />Township 13 South, Range 8? west, 6th PM -all or parts of Sections 6 and 7
<br />Township 13 South, Range 9? west, 6 P ? all ar parts of Sections 1-12 and 17
<br />Township 13 South, Range ? 1 west, 6th PM - all ar parts of Sections 1- 3 and 11-13
<br />The above?mentioned tracts of land are shown vn USA 7,5 zninute quadrangle maps of Son?rset and Bowie.
<br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. At the time of
<br />publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Paonia Public library,
<br />2 Third Street, Paonia, CD 81425; at the Delta and Gunnison County Planning Departments; and at the Division office. For
<br />additional information or to provddo written comments, contact the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room ? 1 ?,
