Lighting provided for security and night operation on the <br />site shall be designed so that the lighting will not <br />adversely affect surrounding property owners. <br />10. All phases of the coal mining operations shall comply with <br />all applicable County, State, and. Federal Health Standards <br />and Regulations and other applicable rules and regulations of <br />governmental bodies having jurisdiction on the premises. <br />11. A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit <br />shall be obtained from the Colorado Department of Health for <br />any water discharge. <br />12. A fugitive dust emission permit shall be applied for and <br />obtained through the Weld County Health Department or from <br />the Colorado Department of Health. <br />13. All phases of the operation must conform to the noise <br />limitations set forth in Section 25-12-103, CRS, as amended. <br />14. The sewage disposal system recruires Board of Health approval; <br />if capacity as crreater than 2,000 gallons daily, approval <br />must be obtained from the 1,7,ater Quality Control Commission. <br />15. All storage, handling, preparation, and use of explosives <br />snail comply with all applicable County, State, and Federal <br />laws and regulations. <br />16. All references to Adolph Coors Company shall include its <br />heirs, successors and assigns. <br />1?. All construction on the property shall be in accordance with <br />the requirements of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance. <br />18. The applicant shall comply with t3:e operation policies for <br />Uses by Special Review open mining operation, Section 44.4 of <br />the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. <br />19. The property owner or operator shall be responsible for <br />complying with the Design Standards of Section 24.5 of the <br />Meld Court- Zoning Ordinance. <br />20.
