Personnel from the Weld County Health Department, State <br />Health Department, and Weld County Department of Planning <br />Service shall be granted access onto the property at any <br />reasonable time in order to insure the activities carried out <br />on the property comply with the Development Standards stated <br />herein and all applicable Weld County Regulations. <br />22. The Use by Special Review area shall be limited to the plans <br />shown herein and governed by the foregoing Standards and all <br />applicable Weld County Regulations. Any material deviations <br />from the plans or Standards as shown or stated shall require <br />the aonroval of an amendment of the Permit by the =held County <br />Planning Commission and the Board of Courty Commissioners <br />before such chµnges from the plans or Standards arp <br />ur ikl itt'ed. Any other chances shall be filed in t-be office of <br />the Department of -Plcann-ingJvervAC%-- . <br />23. The property owner or operator shall be responsible :for <br />complying with all of the foregoing Standards.
