The methods endless! by the lessee for recovery and <br />replacement may include, but an not limited to. the following tech- <br />piques: <br />(i) Increasing the quantity and quality of forage available to <br />these species, <br />(ti) Acquiring critical wildlife hanbiu= <br />(iii) Implementing mechanical manipulation of low quality <br />wildlife habitat to increase its drying capacity for selected wildlife <br />species. and <br />(iv) Ensuring recovery, replacement; or protection of impor- <br />tant wildlife habitat to increase its carrying capacity for selected <br />wildlife species. <br />(C) A timetable giving the periods required to accomplish the <br />habitat recovery or replacement plan and showing its relationship to <br />the overall mining plat. <br />(4) Raptors.
