<br />RESOLUTION <br />2008 BCC 52 <br />A Resolution Granting a Use by Special Review for Stock Piling and Recycling located <br />in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 34, Township 5 North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M., <br />Morgan County, Colorado <br />WHEREAS, on December 9 and December 30, 2008, the Board of. County <br />Commissioners of Morgan County, Colorado held public hearings pursuant to the Morgan <br />County Zoning Regulations on the application of Morgan Sand & Gravel as applicant and <br />Joan Westhoff as landowner for Use by Special Review to stock pile and recycle asphalt and <br />concrete on a 10 acre parcel located in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 34, Township 5 North, <br />Range 58 West of the 6th P.M., Morgan County, located near County Road 16 approximately <br />1'/2 miles north of County Road X, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing was properly published and the subject <br />ptoperty was properly posted, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners received testimony from the <br />applicant, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners received the testimony of the <br />Morgan County Planning staff, and <br />WHEREAS, the Morgan County Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />the application, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners received public testimony <br />regarding this application, and <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />MORGAN COUNTY, COLORADO: <br />1. APPROVAL: <br />The application of Morgan Sand & Gravel as applicant and Joan Westhoff as <br />landowner for Use by Special Review to stock pile and recycle asphalt and concrete <br />on a 10 acre parcel located in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 34, Township 5 North, <br />Range 58 West of the 6th P.M., Morgan County, located near County Road 16 <br />approximately l l/2 miles north of County Road X, is hereby granted: <br />2. FINDINGS OF FACT: <br />a. The use and its location proposed are in conformance with the Morgan <br />County Comprehensive Plan. <br />b. The application documents are complete and present a clear picture of how <br />the use is to be arranged on the site. <br />1
