amec? <br />• SECTION 03300.0 CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE <br />PART E GENERAL <br />1.01 RELATED SECTIONS <br />Refer to the following Sections for related work: <br />¦ Section 02200.0 - Earthworks <br />¦ Section 03220.0 - Reinforcing Steel <br />1.02 SUBMITTALS <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall provide product data to allow evaluation by MANAGER and <br />CERTIFYING ENGINEER. <br />B. CONTRACTOR's mix design for each tentative mix for concrete shall contain the following <br />information: <br />1. Slump on which design is based. <br />2. Total gallons of water per cubic yard. <br />• 3. Brand, type, composition, and quantity of cement. <br />4. Specific gravity and gradation of each aggregate. <br />5. Ratio of fine to total aggregates. <br />6. Weight (surface dry) of each aggregate per cubic yard. <br />7. Brand, type, ASTM designation, active chemical ingredients, and quantity of each <br />admixture. <br />9. Time of initial set. <br />1.03 TOLERANCES <br />Concrete shall be placed to the lines and dimensions shown on the DRAWINGS. <br />1.04 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. All concrete testing (both field and laboratory testing) will be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR <br />CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for cooperating with CQA Monitor during; all testing activities <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide equipment and labor to assist CQA Monitor in sampling, if requested <br />and shall also provide access to all areas requiring testing activities. <br />B.
