Preventive Maintenance <br />Daily inspections of all storage and activity areas are conducted as a part of the operation. <br />Comprehensive inspections are completed as required based on activity at the site (please see <br />Section 4 for additional details). Inspections include at a minimum the following: <br />• Integrity of diesel storage tank and secondary containment <br />• Integrity of perimeter berms and truck wash out berms <br />• Fuel spills in diesel fueling area, and material spills in the silo area and mixer area. <br />• Open aggregate storage bins <br />• Air and oil leaks on machinery and equipment <br />• Belts, pulleys, rollers, and gates on plant equipment <br />Cleaning and maintenance is performed as needed and in response to inspection results.
