M-1995-027 <br />June 1, 2009 <br />Pg. 3 <br />Rule 6.4.6 Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Ma <br />Please refer to Rule 6.4.6 to ensure that maps submitted display all of the requirements of the <br />Rules and Regulations. The Division's adequacy review indicates that the following items, at a <br />minimum, are missing from the Reclamation Plan Map required in this exhibit: <br />(a) The expected physical appearance of the area of the affected land, correlated to the proposed <br />mining and reclamation timetables, including proposed final topography with sufficient detail to <br />portray the direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands. <br />(b) The proposed final land use for each portion of the affected lands <br />Rule 6.4.7 Exhibit G - Water Information <br />1) Operator does not anticipate encountering ground water during operations. However, please <br />commit to the provision that, if ground water is encountered during excavation, Operator will <br />immediately cease operations and contact DRMS. <br />2) Not applicable. <br />3) Please provide an estimate of the project water requirements, such as processing and dust <br />control, including flow rates and annual volumes for the development, mining and reclamation <br />phases of the project. <br />4) Please indicate the projected amount from each of the sources of water to supply the project <br />water requirements for the mining operation and reclamation <br />5) Operator/Applicant must affirmatively state that an NPDES discharge permit, if necessary, <br />has been acquired or applied for. <br />Rule 6.4.8 Exhibit H - Wildlife Information <br />This information submitted in this section is inadequate. The Division recommends contacting the <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife for information on the wildlife in the vicinity of the application area. <br />Rule 6.4.9 Exhibit I - Soils Information <br />This information submitted in this section is inadequate. Please consult with the local soil <br />conservation district to obtain maps of the soils in the area and include them as the required Exhibit. <br />Rule 6.4. 10 Exhibit J - Vegetation Information <br />This information submitted in this section is inadequate. Please include the items required in Rule <br />6.4.10.
