AMEC <br />observed the relocation of the geomembrane and no damage occurred. All geomembrane has <br />been re-located <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. <br />AMEC observed placement of structural fill at the PSSA haul road between stations K4+00 (+/-) and <br />K10+00 (+/-), right and left of centerline, 0-40-feet. <br />Sheet 3 of 7 <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 05.09.09.D
