STORMWATER MANAGEMENT CONTROLS <br />a) SWMP Administrator QI.C.3.a): <br />The SWMP Administrator is the individual identified who is responsible for overseeing <br />and/or assigning personnel, consultants, and/or contractors to aid in the development, <br />implementation, maintenance, and revisions to the SWMP. <br />The preparation and any revision to the SWMP involves technical and administrative support <br />provided by Dension's corporate office in Denver, Colorado. Principle personnel for this aspect of the SWMP include: <br />Mr. Jim Fisher <br />General Mine Superintendent (970) 677-2702 <br />Mr. Jon Showalter <br />Mine Geologist (970) 677-2702 <br />(Primary on-site SWMP Administrator) <br />b) Identification of Potential Pollutant Sources (§I.C.31): <br />The following potential pollutant sources and activities have been evaluated for their ability <br />to contribute pollutants to stormwater discharges. If the potential exists at the site, the BMPs <br />used to control that source are described. The installation, implementation and maintenance <br />specifications for each BMP are identified in Appendix C. <br />l) ,01kIur6ed0"'flared VO& <br />Activities associated with this pollution source are all earth-disturbing activities, <br />including stockpiling, WRA, vent holes (see Figure 3), access roads, and grading.
