• Working while under the influence of intoxicants, narcotics, or controlled substances is <br />prohibited. <br />• Wear suitable clothing for the weather and the work. <br />• Wear proper PPE (see Section 6.o) and follow established procedures for each job. Do <br />not wear jewelry or loose-fitting clothing when working near moving equipment. <br />• Cut-off pants, tank tops, looped earrings, or looped or loose body piercing accessorie., are <br />not acceptable. <br />• Any clothing that becomes saturated with petroleum products or hazardous chemicals are to be <br />promptly removed or changed. <br />• Inform the Site Supervisor or SSHO of any behavior that may cause injury or illness t© <br />others or damage to property in accordance with the AMSO Behavior-Based Safety <br />Observation Process. <br />• When entering different work areas, find out what safety precautions are required. <br />• Keep your mind on your job and your temper under control - ALWAYS! <br />• Never lean against safety lines or guard rails. They are there for emergency use. <br />• Read warning labels on containers and equipment. Follow specified precautions. <br />• Immediately discontinue any operation that could lead to injury, illness, or property <br />damage. <br />• Horseplay, practical jokes, wrestling, fighting, and other disruptive behavior are not <br />allowed on the job site. <br />• Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited onsite and in vehicles at all times. <br />• Promptly report any near-miss incidents to the Site Supervisor or SSHO. <br />• Promptly report to the Site Supervisor, SSHO, or Project Manager any occupational <br />injury, illness, or exposure to toxic material. If injured, get first aid. <br />• Promptly inform the Site Supervisor or SSHO whenever new substances, processes, <br />procedures, or equipment that could present new safety and health hazards are brought.- <br />into work areas. <br />• Be alert to abnormal behavior of other personnel that may indicate distress, <br />disorientation, or other ill effects in accordance with the WWL Behavior-Based Safet; <br />Observation Process. <br />• Verify that vehicles have an ABC-rated fire extinguisher and first aid kit. <br />0
