8. The proposed mining operation will be below the normal water level of the 100-year floodplain of the South <br />Platte River. Therefore, the "Technical Review Guidelines for Gravel Mining Activities" and the County's <br />floodplain regulations shall govern as the minimum standard for the proposed development. <br />9. This Conditional Use Permit shall expire on lareh 18, 'n" (Delete) December 31,2015. (Re lace . <br />10. No storage or processing of materials that are buoyant, flammable, hazardous, explosive, or solid waste shall <br />be allowed in the floodplain. <br />11. Any new structures, including fences, shall be properly permitted and approved by the Building and Fire <br />Departments. <br />12. The set back from the top of the creek-bank or the drainage master plan shall be a minimum of 100 feet if <br />the creek-bank and the pitside bank are protected, 200 feet if the creek-bank or the pitside bank is protected, <br />and 400 feet with no protection to the creek-bank or the pitside bank. <br />13. The temporary overburden and topsoil stockpiles shall be placed outside of the floodway. <br />14. All haul trucks shall cover their loads pursuant to C.R.S. 42-4-1407. <br />15. All fluid spills such as hydraulic and oil from maintenance of equipment, shall be removed and disposed of <br />at a facility permitted for such disposal. <br />22. Any conveyor belt system must be maintained at all times. All rollers emitting high-pitched squealing <br />noises must be immediately replaced or repaired. Adams County will be the final arbitrator regarding the <br />intensity of noise emitting from the conveyor system. <br />23.
